If you haven’t heard about the contest over at MaxSpeak I recommend you get over there now. Some of the comments are beyond all belief. It certainly paints a most vivid picture of the company Professor Reynolds keeps. What an ingenious idea.

Given that Professor Reynolds devotes his blog to commenting on issues unrelated to the scope of his Professorship, does it make sense to dignify him with such a title? Even he has the honesty to refer to himself as a “pundit”, which is an entirely accurate description in my opinion.
Frankly, I prefer “Instapuppy”, as it neatly summarises the childish enthusiasm, disregard for rational thought and occasional bout of slobbering.
