In Chinese, over here – CDT is looking for translators so everyone can watch it.
Update: I tried to watch it myself, but it was very choppy and kept stalling on me. Maybe you’ll have better luck.

Alas, CDT’s blocked here, so I have to use a proxy to get to the video, which doesn’t really do much to help the choppiness. Would be happy to help translate if I can get a transcript or a non-streaming copy.
