Not China related, but this kickass video is making the rounds. I did biology for a couple of years in undergrad before switching to history, and this is what I always enjoyed: visualizing cellular processes.

Sorry but every time I see this thread’s title, “Life of a Cell”, I imagine a “reality tv” show about an Al Qaeda cell bitching among themselves about who will do the laundry.

I have no idea of the current state-of-the-art of biology, so please let me know, to what degree is this clip an animated fantasy versus something based on indications of how cell processes might actually appear?
