A peculiar hybrid of personal journal, dilettantish punditry, pseudo-philosophy and much more, from an Accidental Expat who has made his way from Hong Kong to Beijing to Taipei and finally back to Beijing for reasons that are still not entirely clear to him…

Mr. Duck, the title of this blog post as it appeared in my RSS reader made me way more excited than it should of. And now I am sad and disappointed. I guess I’ll go eat some stupid bread or something.

Richard,
You didn’t disappoint me, not at all. Your blog is still one of the most interesting in the English language blogosphere – one of the few I go to every time I go online. Like you I’m kind of busy these days, so I didn’t write too many comments. Anyway, keep up the good work.
Compliments and kindest regards,
mor
