A peculiar hybrid of personal journal, dilettantish punditry, pseudo-philosophy and much more, from an Accidental Expat who has made his way from Hong Kong to Beijing to Taipei and finally back to Beijing for reasons that are still not entirely clear to him…

Must have been your defeatist attitude towards our troops in Iraq.

What’s worse? A defeatist attitude or a defeatist policy? Not enough troops, not enough armor, no exit strategy, no plan for the post-invasion, policies of torture and abuse — all neatly wrapped in cherry-picked, faulty, and false intelligence.
I guess that is called “supporting the troops.”

Yeah, I have a defeatist attitude, along with most of the people on the planet who recognize we’ve made an atrocious mistake in iraq.

Congrats, Richard. Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. And nice to have that guy collect such a useful list of good blogs together. With links. (Guess he didn’t think it through entirely.)
Nice to we losers are now the majority of Americans.

Congratulations, Richard. The sure sign that a blogger is doing something right is the fact that he’s pissing someone off.

Hey, ATTAEFFINGTURK also made the list, which gives definitive proof of a cut and paste job from Atrios’ blogroll.
But congrats to you and Vaara for being long timers that have made that blogroll.

Slim, it’s a far-right-winger’s list of the most despicable liberal Web sites. Most are on my blogroll, of course!

Ha! You’re featured in a Liberal Rogue’s Gallery?
At least it sounds like you’re in good company. 🙂

Well, in your commentary on American politics … I do think you deserve to make that list. You can make what you like of my comment! 😉
