I haven’t been able to log on once since I arrived here. Is it still there? Is it just my computers (at my hotel and at my office) or are others having the same problem?

I just downloaded the most recent lessons – including one dated 1/19.

I’m guessing they’re hosted outside of China and it’s a continuation of the broken cable mess. I’ve tried to open the site at least 20 times in the past two weeks with zero success.

Down for me too. Hope it comes back soon — I’ve got no use for their podcasts, but I enjoy hanging out on the blog there and reading about their pedagogical theories, though there are a lot of points on which I disagree with them.
(Wait, I just read over that sentence again. Terrible realization: I sound like such a loser!)

I was beginning to wonder if they were still in business. Have been trying to log on and buy a year long subscription in the last couple of weeks… but thought they were out of business. Glad to hear they are (probably) still around.

Richard,
We’re still around, but we have been affected in the region by the earthquake. (We’re hosted i nthe US.) I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been unable to reach us but really happy to hear that we’ve been missed!
